$20 per residence for individuals/families; $10 for seniors and $50 for businesses. Please fill out the membership form for first time members and renewals, and mail a check to the address listed on the form.

Your membership dues help to keep this neighborhood association advocating on your behalf for improved neighborhood services and better police services.

We also do our best to make sure that our neighborhood continues to be improved and enhanced by development activities that are consistent with our neighborhood identity.

The Southmoreland Neighborhood Association, in conjunction with the 43rd & Main TIF Advisory Committee is responsible managing the 43rd & Main TIF neighborhood imprvement programs, which include over $250,000 for sidewalk replacement for next year and over $300,000 over the past three years for home improvement matching loans (SMART program) that improve our quality-of-life... and property values.

Your membership also supports semi-annual brush and large item dumpster days and our annual neighborhood party.
